Here you can find the list of tournaments for the events. A long the normal Versus tournaments, this time we also have some Score Attack one as well.

  • Liero is a simple game. Pick your five weapons, and unleash your inner fury. The game is always played one versus one on a map of your choice, and yes, you have to play with someone who is right next to you, unless you are enjoying the online multiplayer version!

    To shoot is of course easy enough to figure out, but if you want to step up your game, you need to figure out things like how to swing yourself to safety with the ninja rope, to use timed weapons for area denial, to hunt without being hunted, to ambush, hit and run, and control that darned guided missile.

    If you can do all these things, you may one day become a true champion.

    Tournament Rules: 1v1, same map, random weapons, single elimination tournament (lose a match you're out)

  • Have you ever dream of becoming friends with homogenous blobs of jelly? If the answer to that is yes, the Puyo Puyo is the game for you. Come have a friendly contest along side your bestest of friend (or rival) to best others in a battle of the blobs, big or small.

    Tournament Rules: Team tournament, 2 vs. 2. Best of three matches.

  • Just a normal fighting game tournament. Game details are being worked on right now. Details will be available ASAP

    Tournament Rules: Classic fighting game. Head to head, single elimination.

  • Factorio is a game about building a factory. You won't be mining by hand for long, with the industrial revolution just a science lab away. Play alone, or start a multiplayer game with friends. Defend your factory from the local inhabitants, mine ores, refine oil, and burn forests to the ground; all in the name of progress.

    Forget all that, this is PvP baby!! You will be spawning in somewhere in Nauvis and having to fight other players to death. The factory must grow.

    Tournament details: Vanilla Factorio, random spawn in Nauvis, fight others to claim the prize. No respawning.

  • "Columns is a tile-matching puzzle game originally created in wake of Tetris in 1989. The gameplay consists of forming lines of at least three blocks of same color using faliing, vertical three block pieces ("columns"). Instead of rotating pieces like in Tetris, the order of the blocks in the piece can be rotated.

    This tournament celebrating the 30th anniversary of Sakura Taisen will be played with the Sakura Taisen Columns 2 (also known as Hanagumi Taisen Columns 2) released for Dreamcast in 2000. In this version the gameplay is enhanced by the addition of the Sakura Taisen characters with their unique characteristics that affect gameplay and two player versus mode which will be used in this tournament."

    Tournament Rules: Single elimination, best of three, standard characters only.

  • ChuChu Rocket! is a 1999 action puzzle game developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega for the Dreamcast. The objective is for the player to place arrows on a board to lead mice into escape rockets while avoiding cats. The game features single-player modes in which a player must save all the mice on a board, and a multiplayer mode in which players battle to collect the most mice.

    Tournament details: Multiplayer mode, Winner-Takes-All. We will do 2P/3P/4P depending on the amount of players available.

  • Soggy Arena is a fast-paced, high-mobility first-person arena shooter that feels like Quake and Titanfall blending together in a crunchy, low-poly fever dream. Chain together wall running, grappling hook swings and a large arsenal of experimental weapons to crack open your Egghead enemies!

    The game is a work-in-progress prototype, so this is your exclusive chance to take part in the first ever Soggy Arena tournament!

    Tournament Rules: Free-for-all deathmatch. No player limits (unless it breaks the game :D)

 

Score Attack Tournaments

No sign-up required for these ones, just walk up to the game setups and set your score.

  • Classic pinball game from 1997 - Timeshock!, brought into the modern era with our specialised Virtual Pinball System.

    Rules:

    • Duration: From Thursday @ 20:00 to Saturday @ 20:00.
    • Highest score recorded in the machine's leaderboard wins.
    • Normal play, no buy-in-balls.
    • No limit on the amount of attempts, but you must make it to the machine hi-score table (5th place is 100 000 000 points).
    • Take picture of recorded score + initials at the end for your submission.

  • This game is so popular, you might find people who knows it, even if they don't play any video games. Compete to see who's the sharpest shooter in town.

    Rules:

    • Duration: From Thursday @ 20:00 to Saturday @ 20:00.
    • Two ducks mode, highest score wins!
    • No limit on the amount of attempts.
    • Take picture of your score on the GAME OVER screen to use as your submission.
